Sara Masotti is the owner of Masotti Consulting, a results oriented firm specializing in WSIB claims management, resolution and training for employers in Ontario.

Sara received a diploma from Humber College in Special Events Management but changed directions to pursue a career in WSIB Management.

With changes to legislation in 2008, Sara earned her Licensed Paralegal designation and most recently earned her Registered Professional Trainer (RPT) designation.

With a proven track record at appeals at both WSIB and WSIAT levels, Sara is driven strongly for the employer community and most importantly, her clientele by delivering proven strategies and practical applications that in turn deliver tangible results.

Sara currently serves on the Leadership Table of the WSIB Legislative and Policy Committee of the EAC and is a member of the Institute of Professional Management, Ontario Paralegal Network, Canadian Professional Trainers Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
